Here's what you need to know:
HOME is:
- A first time home buyers down payment and closing cost assistance program
- Currently, it will provide 30% of the sales price and $1500.00 towards closing cost in the form of a forgivable loan.
- Income limits apply
- No application fee
Anyone interested in an application can call (304) 348-8035.
The process requires home buyer education, so this is a program for individuals who may not be sure they are ready to purchase. It is designed to help clients make that decision.
